Our clients come in 2 divided market approaches. Firstly we look at the location of the systems on behalf of a NHS Trust, Educational Facility or Local Authority. These clients are what we would call the host clients and they provide the location for the systems. These clients can have the system fitted free of charge if they meet certain criteria. There are some host clients that also purchase the system for use in their facility.
Our second level of clients are commercial sponsors and come in the form of national, regional and local companies that want to communicate their product, goods or services to a selection of the public that are having to wait and watch the programme for anything from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Hospitals
Pro-Vision is a market leader in Public Communication Systems and the production of industry specific programs. Our experience is gained from years of working with the NHS, have developed our Patient Information Systems which are geared to inform, educate and entertain waiting patients and visitors within a hospital, PCT or health environment.
Our Patient Information Systems is based around Pro-Vision installing high quality visual display hardware which is positioned strategically within patient waiting areas, ensuring patients can watch a tailored information program during their stay.

We have been allowed access to the Central Office of Information film library, which enables us to provide our clients with specific info-mercials that match your topical requirements in regard to public health and welfare messages.

Instant Messaging
An instant messaging facility is provided to you as part of our Pro-V software system. This enables you and your staff to apply instant messages to be shown on the systems.
The types of things you could apply to the program are:
• Next patient appointment
• Fire alarm test
• Current waiting time
• Open hours
• Surgery times
This facility has proved to be invaluable to hospital administrative staff, and because the Provision System is such visual focus for patients within the hospital department, it has a high success of delivery.
System Development
The Patient Information System has been designed as a modular application and as such will allow a hospital department to develop the system within its environment. Multiple screens can be placed throughout the department over a period of time, giving the patients more accessible to the program and information on the system in the future.
