Pro-Vision is a market leader in Public Communication Systems and the production of industry specific programs. With our experience gained from years of working with the NHS we have now developed our product to provide schools throughout the UK with our Education Information Systems which are geared to inform, educate and entertain students within a school environment.
Our Education Information Systems is based around Pro-Vision installing high quality visual display hardware which is positioned strategically within a school premises, ensuring students can watch our tailored information program during the academic day.

Instant Messaging
An instant messaging facility is provided to you as part of our Pro-V software system. This enables you and your staff to apply instant messages to be shown on the systems .

The types of things you could apply to the program are:

• Class Room Changes
• Fire Alarm Test
• Exam Time Table

This facility has proved to be invaluable to school administrative staff, and because the Pro-Vision System is such an internal focus for students within the school, it has a higher success of delivery than any other form of communication.

Financial Benefits
As the program is a highly visible form of communication, we have found a number of our schools are developing income from allowing local businesses to add information in to their program. This would be something a Business Manager may take on and could provide in the region of £3000-£5000 of revenue per year.

Student Involvement
We have found that many schools have encouraged their Media Students to get involved in providing “live” footage and content for future up-dates to the program. This can be done easily using a digital camera and creating a number of Mpeg files. If these are provided to Pro-Vision’s production team, we will edit the content and include the content as part of the next program.

System Development
The Education Information System has been designed as a modular application and as such will allow a school to develop the system within the school environment. Multiple screens can be placed throughout the school over a period of time, giving the students a more accessible information system in the future.

Editorial Control
It is important for all our schools to understand that they have full editorial control of the content of their program. We are a facilitator and as such will always work within the guidelines of the Education Authority
