The Digital Programme


Our Product
Our technical team install and fully maintain the plasma LCD screen units in strategically located positions within the public high traffic areas as agreed with you. The information transmitted to the screen is managed via direct cable and can be updated by using a broadband phone line; this line can be completely separate to any Trust/PCT or client systems.

The content of the information to be displayed is determined by the Trust/PCT or client but is managed by Pro-Vision from a remote location.  Although Pro-Vision is responsible for the main program and updates to this program, an attractive feature of the system is the Instant Messaging facility which gives the Trust/PCT or client the ability to provide current daily information to the public such as waiting times, appointment changes/delays and waiting area directions or give updates on internal/external major incidents. This information can be relayed by your staff from a desktop computer quickly and simply.

Designated users of the system will be provided with a password which once entered will allow a new message to be drafted, viewed and submitted.
