| How It Works
Our systems consist of the latest technology for digital signage displays. Pro-vision operations and IT team work extremely closely with each other, so that the installation process of the digital information system runs at its best. The systems we provide are proved to be 100% effective and reliable. We ensure this so that the hospitals involvement is minimal. Not only this, but we can now run the digital information systems remotely, making sure they are well monitored, well maintained and can be update within a matter of minutes. We tailor our bespoke systems so that they can meet each client’s individual need and demands, ensuring you get the most benefit from your system.
All of the systems and its equipment e.g. Base station, plasma/LCD screens, data cable and client information are controlled, maintained, managed and developed at Pro-vision HQ.
Broadband
Due to our continual investment in our software we have developed our ProV system which can now provide our clients with information systems that can be managed via broadband. This allows us to upload content within minutes and make alterations to program content as and when are clients request it.
The system can also stream live up to date BBC news via the RSS feeds.
Base Station
The base stations are located on the client’s facility and are built specifically by the Provision IT team. They are designed to function using the connectivity of a broadband line, it is a solid state system which is designed to run 24/7.
It displays all the content to the plasma/LCD screens and can be updated remotely by ourselves to display up to date information. The player is monitored by our IT team so that in the unlikely event a problem ever does occur, we are able to see that there is a problem and act on it without disrupting the busy day to day activity within the client’s facility. The Base Station allows the screen to be divided into mini-zones, each zone displaying its own unique content. This could be a client’s storyboard information, RSS news feeds, instant messages or any additional information the client would like to display.
Vision
The base stations display all of the information to multiple plasma screens. We achieve the highest viewing quality making sure that the plasma and LCD screens we supply are the latest models which are specifically designed to reduce any eye straining glare.
