What Customer Care Is Provided? We are committed to providing a quality service to all our clients and we will maintain effective communication during the process from signing an agreement to installing the leaflets to ensure a smooth transition. We will provide a quarterly newsletter to inform our clients of current developments in our products, share experiences of the different healthcare providers and generally give our clients good news items to support their involvement in the company.
Our customer care team will maintain regular contact with designated Trust personnel to ensure everything is working optimally and offer support and advice if needed.
